As experienced Chartered Accountants, we are well-suited as business advisors. Business advisory comes in various forms and can be tailored for the specific client’s unique needs. We assist a range of businesses such as start-ups, SMEs, family-owned businesses and larger companies. We support our clients during their business’s lifecycle through customised business planning, financial management, structuring, valuations, succession planning as well as financial reporting and business strategy.

Within our advisory services, we offer the option of a part-time or interim financial manager/CFO. This is for businesses that require an experienced CA(SA) to oversee the various financial needs of the business, but are not in the position to employ someone on a full-time basis. Alternatively, we can appoint a dedicated resource for a finite period if that is more suitable.
